your stay in the opulent homestead you have free and unlimited
use of all the facilities - kayaks, tennis and fishing equipment
- and we can arrange trips for you to swim with the dolphins.
A Tristram speedboat including skipper is available for hire.

ACCOMODATIONS
Your
total seclusion is ensured by two peninsular heads framing
the private, golden beach of Pipiroa Bay. Just ten metres
from the water's edge is the four-bedroom plus apartment,
schist and cedar homestead complete with library, wine cellar,
three fireplaces and every conceivable modern convenience.
The apartment can be used for your own personal staff,
or visitors, and is situated just five metres from the homestead
on top of the garage. Walk in the hills and enjoy the 25-hectare
property complete with vineyard, viticulturists' home and
restaurant, then explore further afield using the private
jetty, helipad or road.
The
homestead features a private library and a study with private
fax line for confidentiality and email facility. The family
room contains a 68-inch television with an interesting and
varied range of DVDs and videos.
Omata Homestead has impressive executive conference facilities
in a unique location. Unequaled amenities call for an unrivalled
site, and Omata delivers. Have your meetings in the morning
then relax on the private beach with the lapping waves in
the afternoon.
As the homestead only sleeps 10 people this is the ideal number,
but the conference facilities can accommodate more.
ACTIVITIES
Bay
of Islands is one of the world's foremost deep-sea fishing
environments. Dolphins and whales play in the crystal waters,
the more visible clues to the teeming life beneath the surface.
Scuba diving and deep-sea diving open up an abundant world
of vividly coloured sea creatures, or you can skim across
the waves on waterskis.
